Transamerica’s Financial Solutions Group announced the opening of its Transamerica Learning Center (TLC). TLC was built to provide financial institutions with easy access to training for various Transamerica products, services and skill-sets to effectively grow business.
For the financial institution, course material can be planned and targeted at the group or individual level. Specifically, courses can be released at certain times to address performance needs during specified time frames. TLC also provides the flexibility of 24-hour access, 7 days a week anywhere a computer and internet connection are available. This enables financial institutions to schedule training around work priorities. Management also has the ability to monitor the progress of the staff’s training through built-in reporting and analytics.
“The Transamerica Learnig Center is more than just a learning center; it really is an education management tool,” says Adam Yasneski, Director of Training and Development for the Financial Solutions Group. Prior to opening TLC, Transamerica hosted a focus group with financial institution employees, including Regional Managers, Branch Managers, and Lenders, who were overwhelmingly favorable with regard to the convenience, relevance, content, and ease of use. Yasneski adds, “We believe the addition of TLC brings a different dynamic to training and learning at any financial institution.”
