There aren’t many things that are truly free these days. However, First Service Group has teamed up with IncareRx to provide a FREE prescription drug discount card. This card has no pre-existing condition requirements, no enrollment fee, no monthly fee and can be used by the entire family including pets.
How does the plan work? In order to activate the card, simply present it at one of the participating pharmacies when you get your next prescription filled. The pharmacy files the card online.
You have no paperwork to complete. You will then be charged the lower of IncareRx’s contract price or the pharmacy regular price. Members on average save 20 to 30% of the regular retail price. Some prescriptions have been known to save 75 to 90%. Also, unlike other cards, IncareRx is HIPPA compliant. Patients information is never disclosed to any third party, nor used for solicitation.
Healthcare and prescription costs have risen dramatically over the past few years. The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) was intended to reduce healthcare costs, but so far the reverse has been true. New changes to your healthcare programs are resulting in higher premiums, higher deductibles and increases in out of pocket expenses. In other words, less benefit for higher cost!
So, even if you have prescription coverage, this card can save you money. Often times the card discount will result in a lower cost than your deductible. You may also be surprised to find that many prescriptions will not be covered by your prescription plan, but will still be discounted with the IncareRx card.
Try it yourself and/or pass it on to a friend, a customer, a relative or anyone who might need help with prescription coverage. Not every prescription will receive a discount, but you will never be charged more than the regular price and will not be charged for using the card. So, you really have nothing to lose and substantial discounts to gain.
Please contact First Service Group if you have questions or to find out how you can make this program available to your customers group or organization.
